Client Manager (Maternity Cover) | Central London | Up to £36,000 + bonus| Hybrid
A growing education consultancy is looking for a Client Manager to join the team on a maternity cover basis. If you thrive on building relationships and delivering a truly personalised service, this one's for you.
The role:
* Manage end-to-end placements, working closely with the wider team to ensure the best possible match for each client
* Deliver a bespoke, high-touch client experience throughout the service journey
* Develop and manage ongoing client relationships
* Oversee monthly reports
* Manage client feedback, rate reviews and any complaints
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information
* Promote and coordinate additional and complementary services across the client base
About you:
* Experience in a client-facing or account management role, ideally within a service-led or education environment
* Confident managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, personable and solutions-focused
Salary and benefits:
* Up to £36,000 per annum
* 10% bonus
* Hybrid Working 1-2 days in the office
