Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and maintaining databases for student interventions, as well as processing academic data to support decision-making processes. The Data Administrator will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the successful setup, management, and analysis of academic and intervention-related data.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain databases for student interventions and related academic data.
* Process and analyse data to support decision-making within the school.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure effective data setup and management.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Excel; strong database management skills.
* Ideally experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI.
* Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English.
* Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis.
* Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills.
* A high level of verbal and written communication standards.
* Proven reliability and ability to meet key deadlines.
