About Our Opportunity We are currently seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Warehouse Operative to join our team at MBA Worksop. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our Warehouse and Logistics function, supporting the smooth and efficient running of our plant operations – including off-site storage. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our logistics activities deliver excellent service to both internal teams and external customers/suppliers, all while working within agreed standards and targets. What You Will Be Doing As a Warehouse Operative you will: Comply with Health & Safety regulations and the company’s Quality Standards. Promote a positive safety culture across the factory. Understand and support the delivery and dispatch process. Load and unload vehicles as required. Conduct periodic testing and sampling to ensure products meet specification. Transfer materials as instructed in line with production and despatch plans. Report any machinery or equipment issues immediately to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager. Operate a variety of company vehicles (when licensed), including; Front Loaders, FLTs (Counterbalance & Reach), Cherry Pickers, Telehandlers, and Pallet Trucks Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve business objectives. Adhere to all site policies and procedures. Operate safely at all times. Keep accurate records and ensure all documentation is kept up to date. About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment (preferred). Works effectively as part of a team. Has completed warehouse training modules. Holds an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification. Possesses valid licenses for Front-end Loader, FLT, Reach, and Counterbalance equipment.
