Job Requirement
Salary will be pro-rated for this temporary position.

Please note: you will be asked to provide the names of two referees when you apply for this post, but these are not required.
Print off the role profile and Head Teacher's report and give them to your Head Teacher for completion.
To ensure your application is accepted, the signed Head Teacher report must be emailed from the Head Teacher who completed it, to the email address below, prior to the closing date.
Include the (EAD) reference number of the post on the report form.
The report should then be submitted by the Head Teacher to: mdaniel@kirkintilloch.e-dunbarton.sch.uk, before the deadline.
Failure to comply may result in your application being excluded from shortlisting.

PVG / Disclosure Scotland
All roles within East Dunbartonshire Council requiring PVG/Disclosure checks are subject to the following:
1. If the role is considered a Regulated Role under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020, successful candidates must join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check before employment is confirmed.
2. Candidates will bear the cost of the relevant check, which may be deducted from their first salary payment or in installments following employment commencement, with approval from HR & OD.
3. If an employee leaves before the deduction is complete, the remaining amount will be deducted from their final salary.
