Role: Bookings Administrator

Salary: £28,000

Location: Melton Mowbray LE14 Because the office is in quite a remote spot, having your own transport is a must.

Hours: 8-4 Monday to Friday 100% office based





We’re on the lookout for a detail-focused and well organised Bookings Administrator to join a small but mighty team of 2.



This role would suit someone with a solid background in administration, who’s confident picking up the phone, delivering excellent customer service, and solving problems on the spot. You’ll be in charge of handling and organising all bookings for waste collection, disposal, and recycling services. This role needs someone with great communication skills, who can stay on top of things in a busy environment, and is focused on giving top-notch customer service.



On a typical day, you can expect to…

* Manage and schedule bookings for waste collection, disposal, and recycling services.
* Ensure all bookings are accurately logged in the company’s scheduling system.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
* Liaise with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to coordinate service routes and schedules.



Customer Service:

* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any booking-related issues.
* Manage and respond to email and phone inquiries related to bookings.
* Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding service availability, pricing, and schedules.
* Notify customers of any changes to bookings or service delays in a timely manner.



Data Management:

* Maintain accurate records of all bookings, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible.
* Generate reports on booking trends, service delivery, and customer feedback as required.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to waste management.



Admin Support and Data Management:

* Assist with invoicing and billing processes related to bookings.
