HW Finance are delighted to be working with fast-growing, values-led organisation, who are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Director to join its senior leadership team. This is a key strategic appointment, offering the opportunity to help drive ambitious growth plans - including scaling turnover significantly and doubling EBITDA by 2029. The Role As Divisional Finance Director, you will take full ownership of finance across the division, leading a team of 8 across multiple locations and ensuring robust financial governance, reporting, and performance management. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with the leadership team to shape divisional strategy and growth Leading monthly reporting, management accounts, and group reporting packs Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Managing cashflow, working capital improvement, and financial controls Leading year-end audit processes and statutory compliance Ensuring timely HMRC reporting (VAT/PAYE) and regulatory filings Supporting payroll oversight alongside the People function Driving finance process improvements and operational efficiencies Providing strong leadership, development, and succession planning for the finance team About You We’re looking for a commercially focused finance leader who brings: Proven experience operating at Finance Director / senior executive level Strong strategic and commercial acumen Track record in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management Experience in multi-division or group environments (desirable) Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills A hands-on leadership style with strong governance mindset Qualified accountant status (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Experience in a B2B/B2C service-led or travel-aligned business would be beneficial, though not essential.
