Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Scaffolder role based in Redcar. The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to project specifications and industry safety standards. Daily tasks include assembling scaffolding in confined spaces and at heights, performing inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance, and implementing fall protection measures. Additionally, Scaffolders will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure efficient and timely project completion.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Scaffolding techniques and safety standards
Experience working at height and in confined spaces
Knowledge and certification in Fall Protection protocols
Possession of a valid CSCS card
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction and scaffolding industry
Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions and physical environments
Experience in industrial, residential, or commercial scaffolding projects is an advantage
