The Role
As the Deputy FM Manager, you ll:
• Support the daily operations of facilities management across multiple school sites and a leisure centre.
• Oversee the delivery of both hard FM (maintenance, compliance, building fabric) and soft FM (cleaning, caretaking where applicable) services.
• Supervise on-site FM staff and contractors, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Act as the first point of escalation for site-level issues in the absence of the FM Manager.
