Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents, including assisting with personal hygiene while maintaining dignity and independence.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents (e.g., weight loss, pressure areas, falls risk, signs of infection) and escalate identified risks promptly.
* Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
* Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

* Experience is not required as Avery provides a thorough induction and training programme.

* DBS Disclosure check (cost met by Avery).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications
Experience is not required; induction and training will equip you for the role. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, be respectful, proactive, efficient, and flexible.
