We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Psychology graduates/students to join our team as a Support Worker on a Employment contractual basis. Typical duties may include: Supporting our clients with daily living tasks such as cooking, shopping and managing routines. Encouraging independence and developing life skills. Accompanying our clients to activities, appointments, or social events. Providing emotional support and positive encouragement. Promoting dignity, respect, and choice at all times. Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person-centred care. Hours Available: Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 9:30am to 5:30pm Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Psychology graduate/student. Practical experience in health and social care preferable. Outstanding client and customer focus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Successful applicant will: Be willing to travel nationally and where required stay overnight. Hold a UK Driving License and have access to a car.
