Day-to-day of the role: Support the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress and performance, helping to resolve issues and escalate where necessary. Assist with client communications, progress updates, and stakeholder meetings. Support in the management of project budgets and assist with procurement activities where required. Help ensure compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and health & safety regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project delivery lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications: A background in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related discipline. An organised and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
