An exciting opportunity has become available to join our high performing Customer Communications team as an Account Manager based at Paragon's Sunderland site, a key destination for the delivery of Paragon Customer Communications inbound services and solutions.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for the translation of strategically important key client objectives into workable and specific briefs. As such, they are partly accountable for the quality, service and operational margin generated both on the work areas they handle and as part of Account Team as a whole.
The Account Manager will deliver defined projects and liaise with designated stakeholders within a particular Account(s) or area(s) of operation. The Account Manager will aid the Account Director and Client Services Manager in service delivery, improving margin and revenue and driving cost savings. You are also partly responsible for the effectiveness of the QMS/IMS process
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full end to end process of campaign delivery
* Understand customer’s needs in regard to Paragon’s service offering and respond to customer requests, ensuring service levels and KPI’s are met at all times
* Where applicable lead the Monthly business review forums. Or supports the Client Relationship Director and site leads with the creation of monthly/weekly reporting
* Demonstrate an understanding of the commercial and contract deliverables (including SLAs and KPIs) for your client account.
* Engage and support the commercial team in their negotiations with external/internal supplier on a job-by-job basis
* Assist the Account Director in delivering the Account Development Plans
* Identify any problems and work with the appropriate individuals to suggest potential solutions.
* Proactively identify potential innovation opportunities that support development of the account, supporting the account director, identifying and escalating potential sales and margin opportunities
* Utilising the commercial team to understand the supply chain to meet clients’ needs
* Delivers products and services when and where the customer needs them. Explores options when unable to deliver a requested product or service and pursues solutions until the customer is satisfied
* Attend and present service performance updates as required
Skills and Attributes we are looking for
* Commercially aware individual with the ability to create and sustain valuable relationships
* Proven experience within a Customer focused and Client facing environment
* Shows willingness to learn new procedures and techniques and can positively adapt to changing circumstances and environments
* Resilience the ability to maintain effectiveness in the face of difficulties
* Can work independently and is self-directed with the ability to organise ensuring individual and team objectives and goals are achieved

* Experience of using a variety of software packages relevant to role. With the ability to learn new systems
