We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
* Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain discipline and promote respectful interactions among students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their educational experience.
* Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student development and classroom activities.
* Collaborate with other educators to create an integrated curriculum that supports the overall development of students.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
* A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in teaching or working with children in an educational setting.
* Strong behaviour management skills to effectively handle classroom dynamics.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
