HR & Payroll Advisor – Permanent - Telford L & C Consulting are recruiting for a new, permanent, Payroll & HR Advisor in Telford for a well-established, manufacturing concern. This standalone role will suit an experienced HR Advisor who also has experience in managing the full payroll process. The duties within this role include (but not be limited to): * Line Manager & staff HR support * Recruitment – liaise with agencies, setting up interviews, sending out offer letters etc * Processing high volumes of weekly and monthly pay runs * Calculating wages, bonuses, salary increases and overtime * Calculating statutory payments including SSP, Maternity Pay, Paternity pay etc * Issuing tax forms (P45s, P11D etc) * Deal with payroll queries * Updating new starter and leaver details * Admin duties, including recording holidays, updating personnel files etc Applicants will have a mature approach, have excellent communication skills – written and verbal, a professional manner, be efficient, methodical, persistent, confident and be able to work to very high levels of accuracy. You MUST have a stable work history and have worked in a similar role to be considered for this role. Experience with Sage Payroll is also advantageous.
