Do you enjoy turning ideas into engaging visual stories? Are you experienced in branding, design and creating high-quality materials that communicate complex information clearly? Could you support a major programme by producing creative assets, presentations and branded content that engage both internal and external audiences? Then, this could be the next adventure in your career.
Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
We are looking for a Junior Creative and Brand Designer to support the creation of high-quality design materials and ensure brand consistency. In this role, you will work closely with communications, digital and stakeholder teams to deliver creative materials that increase engagement and enhance the programme's brand identity.
Furthermore, you will:
1. Manage incoming design requests and coordinate the end-to-end internal client management process for creative work.
2. Develop and maintain a suite of branded templates (presentations, documents, brochures, guides and marketing materials) for use across the programme.
3. Work with the Digital Team to manage the brand hub, ensuring templates, assets and brand guidance are accessible and up to date.
4. Produce high-quality presentations and documents for senior leaders, ensuring all materials are tailored to the audience and aligned with brand standards.
5. Create engaging visual content including graphics, social media assets, GIFs and short animations.
6. Support internal communications and engagement initiatives by designing materials for events, campaigns and programme communications.
7. Support the Graphic Design and Brand Lead in maintaining brand consistency through guidance, training sessions, template management and periodic brand audits.
Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
Furthermore, you should have:
8. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
9. Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
10. Experience designing presentations, brochures, leaflets, booklets and event materials from concept to final output.
11. Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
12. Effective communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
