Job Description Our client is seeking an Administrator to join our People & Culture (HR) Team at the earliest opportunity. This full-time position is based at our Farnborough office and follows a smart working arrangement: * Required office days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday * Remote working days: Wednesday and Friday Role and Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, correspondence, and communication between the HR department and employees to streamline the HR lifecycle and improve information flow. * Provide administrative support to the HR team and broader organisation, including drafting personnel letters, contracts, and communications with relevant authorities. * Advise HR Managers and other leaders on minor issues related to employee settlement and administration. * Maintain and update employee records for new starters and finishers, ensuring files are current and complete.
