To stabilise and continue the growth, the senior leadership team are now recruiting for a high performing individual who is probably 1-2yrs into their national accounts career or an experienced NAE looking to move up. You will have full responsibility for your customer portfolio and play a lead role in developing strategic plans to drive sales and profit across the range.You:Good level of FMCG sales experience within the Grocery / Retail channel.Able to influence, sell, & negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders.Have a results-focused mentality.Need to have an element of flexibility working in a high-growth business unit.An ambitious career with a view to progressing quickly whilst learning.Numerate with good client relationship building skills.Be a foodie!Hybrid working role with 2-3 days p/wk in their Herts-based office.
