GAROI Media, an award-winning full-service boutique advertising agency, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Advertising Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital marketing, business growth strategies, and building strong client relationships. As an Advertising Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of our custom-crafted strategies. This is a remote position with an emphasis on collaboration, professional growth, and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

– Client Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.

– Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of advertising campaigns across various traditional and digital platforms, including OOH, Radio/TV, Print, Programmatic Display, Social Media Paid Ads, CTV/OTV, and Digital Audio.

– Strategic Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans tailored to client needs, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

– Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. Manage client expectations and ensure alignment on goals and scope of work.

– Market Research: Conduct market research to support campaign development, performance analysis, and identify opportunities for optimization.

– Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the advertising industry.

– Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

– Demonstrable experience in digital marketing tactics, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and other digital reporting tools.

– Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients.

– Proficiency in design software like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is a plus.

– Familiarity with Asana and experience in managing digital paid advertising (social media, SEM, or Programmatic Display) is highly desirable.

– Proficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and/or Portuguese is preferred.
