Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trim Assistant to join our dynamic team at one of the industry’s most respected fashion brands.
About the Role
As a Trim Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Trim Development team with a range of administrative and coordination tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing shipments and shipping documentation
* Liaising with vendors and tracking deliveries
* Assisting with data entry and meeting preparation
* Handling purchase order (PO) management
* Overseeing sample and stock management
* Updating PLM systems with accurate trim data

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
* Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and initiative
* A clear communicator who works well within a team
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
* Proficient in PLM systems, Excel, and ideally InDesign
* Experienced in a similar administrative or product development role (preferred)
