Overview

The UK&I energy sector is undergoing a seismic shift. Surging demand, stricter regulations, and ambitious net-zero goals are driving groundbreaking innovation. Here is a chance to be at the heart of it all. We are seeking Senior Project Managers with experience in the Energy sector to join us in offices across the UK. Projects span energy from waste, solar, interconnectors, windfarms, substations, OHL, energy building design, protection systems, LVAC, pump stations, and more. This role supports the UK energy transition by delivering innovative and sustainable projects in collaboration with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects throughout the project lifecycle, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, to cost and to a high level of quality. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets and resources, and lead high-performing project teams with clear communication.

You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout—while fostering collaboration across teams.


Responsibilities

* Lead and manage projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
* Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks; manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
* Maintain clear communication and reporting with project managers, clients, and internal teams.
* Support project setup, change orders, status reports, financial updates, and forecasting (in coordination with PMs).


Qualifications

* Degree in a relevant field; APMP qualifications would be advantageous.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
* Experience in project management within the energy/engineering consultancy sector; NEC contracts experience is essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Attention to detail; initiative in problem detection and resolution; strong verbal and written communication; ability to prioritize and multi-task across projects.
