Responsibilities

* Monitor patient health records to ensure prescriptions are appropriate and safe for individual needs.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalised medication plans for patients.
* Maintain precise documentation of all prescriptions dispensed and consultations conducted.
* Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical developments, regulations, and best practices.
* Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary, and ensuring the pharmacy complies with legal standards.
* Provide patient care by offering guidance on over-the-counter products and health management strategies.
Requirements
* Qualified Pharmacist registration with the relevant professional body.
* Proven experience in a pharmacy setting; ICU experience is highly advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, pharmacology, and medication administration procedures.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise patients clearly and compassionately.
* Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety standards.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
