The role involves supporting software products and configured services running on multiple platforms, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service to end users. Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, both remotely and onsite, ensuring optimal performance and system availability. Deliver hardware and software support while implementing technology solutions at the operating system level across server and network environments. Handle Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Built and configured new laptops, including executing imaging processes and system setups for end users. Manage mobile device support, including iOS and Android platforms. Provide basic printer support and peripheral device troubleshooting. Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to deliver effective customer service and timely issue resolution.
