Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our team. As a Senior Media Buyer at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients.

Onboarding

* Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
* Maintain data integrity across Statlas.
* Execute Prophet system for clients.
* Build Growth Forecast and Growth Map using Prophet System.
* Data analysis required for the map, marketing calendar alignment and upkeep.
* Daily execution and actualisation vs the forecast.
* Make tactical deconstructions, adjust to meet KPIs.
* Develop strategic plans for the future, pivot early adopters.
* Take a lead in situations that present obstacles to execution.
* Insatiable curiosity, never leave a problem alone until potential solutions are found.
* Responsible for the implementation of CTC's Meta best practices.
* Build campaigns using structure and best practices.
* Maintain ideologies and processes throughout the account.
* Monitor active campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to hit daily projected targets.
* Implement tests to beat best-performing campaigns.
Ensuring Quality Work
* Within 5% Delta to forecast.
* Daily alignment with client vs forecast & strategy.
* Client satisfaction rate above benchmark.
* Prophet system execution to 100% within timeline.
* Deliver work based on timeline with optimal quality.
Client Communication
* Champion communication, align on Growth Map goals.
* Send daily performance updates to client.
* Ensure alignment across strategy and forecast daily.
* Provide weekly updates on weekly strategy call.

Communication Skills
