Key Responsibilities
* Work with internal and external resources to create interesting and relevant content whilst ensuring programmes & workshops are written with a view to catering towards the interests of stakeholders and attendees.
* Write clear, concise and persuasive marketing copy for emails and websites.
* Research excellent and suitable speakers & faculty and invite them to participate.
* Collaborate with the sponsorship team to support in securing and confirming sponsors for sessions and events.
* Maintain tracking documents for speaker & session materials and coordinate deadlines.
* Lead project brief meetings and work with internal teams to hit targets and grow events.
* Work across multiple events at once, negotiating different timelines and schedules and managing workflow and ensuring internal deadlines are met.
* Work closely and collaborate with in-house editorial teams to keep abreast of the latest news in the relevant sectors.
* Run the content programme onsite at events.
* Network with speakers and delegates at international and local conferences.
* Maintain professionalism and represent LBR both internally and externally.
