The Role
As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be the backbone of the sales process—managing inboxes, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be handling customer queries, feeding back product issues, and supporting the sales team by taking initiative to resolve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing the inboxes of one or two sales team members, ensuring prompt and professional responses
✅ Preparing quotes and processing customer orders accurately
✅ Handling inbound emails and phone calls, assisting customers with queries
✅ Proactively build customer relationships and follow up opportunities
✅ Keeping records up to date and ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system
✅ Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process
✅ Taking initiative to resolve queries and support the team in day-to-day tasks
