The Baker Hughes internship program is designed to enable students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recent graduates, to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional careers. Our internships provide first-hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.

You’ll participate in focused training and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager, who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect coaching and mentoring to help you complete assignments and develop your skills.
You will also have the opportunity to become familiar with Baker Hughes' Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture, as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As an intern, you will be responsible for:
* Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
* Learning internal software to assist with projects and tasks
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact with global business leaders
* Applying HSE standards and procedures to ensure compliance
Fuel your passion
To succeed in this role, you should:
* Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM-related, or business-related fields
* Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent)
* Be fluent in English, with effective communication skills
* Have the legal right to work in the country you're applying in, without sponsorship or time restrictions
