TGG is on the move. Campaigns are scaling, clients are growing, and our team is doubling in size. With over a £200 million annual turnover and ambitious plans to grow from 45 to 100 people in the next 12 months, we’re building something big. To match that pace, we need an HR Manager who can bring structure, energy, and strategy to how we attract, grow, and keep brilliant people.This isn’t HR-as-usual. You’ll be our first dedicated HR leader, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to design and deliver a people strategy that supports a high-growth, creative marketing business. From culture to compliance, you’ll set the gold standard for what great HR looks like at TGG.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and deliver a people strategy that fuels business growth.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on culture, change, and scaling.

* Lead recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring we attract the right people and keep them engaged.
