A fantastic opportunity has arisen for our well-established client law firm based in Hoddesdon who are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal /Legal Assistant to join their Commercial Property team.
The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will have at least 1 year behind them in Commercial Property, from opening new files and file keeping, updating clients and solicitors, preparing relevant correspondence on behalf of fee earners,conducting legal research and preparing reports and letters on commercial property matters in connection to developments, acquisitions, disposals, leases and shops/offices.It would also be helpful if the Commercial Property Paralegal knows their way around a lease. You will also be liaising with clients, managing files and generally be performing administrative duties across the Commercial Property Department.
Requirements and Skills:
A Commercial Property Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Approx 1 year experience in Commercial Property
IT literate
Good Keyboard Skills
Case Management experience helpful
Bags of Enthusiasm
Someone able to meet tight deadlines
