Location:Kings Norton, South Birmingham
Salary: £33,000 per year + opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus up to £2,000

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Home Manager to join our dedicated team supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs in Kings Norton, South Birmingham. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the designated home with guidance from the Assistant and Registered Managers. Overseeing and maintaining the care and support of the service users, ensuring that all policies and procedures, and legislative requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales. Supporting, developing, and motivating the staff team and providing practical help, care, guidance, and support to all service users as detailed in their individual care plan.
