We're growing our operational leadership team in North & Central Wales and are looking for an experienced VanPack Team Leader to help us deliver exceptional service to one of our most exciting clients. About The Role
As a VanPack Team leader, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations across your designated area, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard. You will:
Lead & Manage Teams
* Supervise and motivate operational crews
* Plan daily workloads, ensuring resources, equipment and vehicles are in place
* Maintain accurate records of labour, materials, and plant
* Carry out pre-siting checks to confirm job requirements
Drive Performance & Safety
* Deliver Toolbox Talks, briefings, coaching and assessments
* Conduct on-site quality audits and ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
* Oversee competency assessments for all operatives
* Complete weekly fleet and equipment checks
Operational & Customer Excellence
* Liaise with clients, customers, subcontractors and local authorities
* Ensure all KPI targets are met or exceeded
* Manage timesheets, training records, HR updates and job specification data
* Support the production of sales information by capturing and submitting accurate site data
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in delivering AMP8 objectives and ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
About You
We're looking for a confident people leader who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a structured operational environment. You must have:
* Previous supervisory experience within the Waste Water Industry
* Strong background in drainage, utilities or similar field-based operations
* A full UK driving licence
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Proven experience motivating and developing teams

Working Hours & Location
* Monday to Friday – 47.5 hours per week
* Covering North & Central Wales
* 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
