Main Duties

You will provide assessment and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for a range of presenting difficulties for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective.

The role also offers a flexible style of working, as the team use a hybrid model, offering support both face‑to‑face and virtually to education staff, children, young people and their families.

You will need to be enthusiastic, well‑organised and able to travel across Lincolnshire as needed to provide services. You will be expected to work on your own initiative as well as within a multi‑disciplinary setting and be an excellent communicator and team player.
