Enhanced Music is looking for an experienced Digital Sales & Promotions Manager to join the team full-time, working across our 5 label brands.
Founded in 2008, London based Enhanced Music is an independent label & publisher group, predominantly working across dance and electronic genres, achieving billions of streams, millions of downloads and multiple Gold and Platinum selling releases. Enhanced also has a standalone publishing division, and has seen sustained growth and global success across its business, and is highly regarded within the industry today.
In late 2024, Enhanced partnered with Create Music Group and unveiled new studios at their London HQ, comprising three recording studios and a separate live space for radio show production and DJ performances.
Enhanced are now looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Digital Sales & Promotions Manager to help continue this growth. Enhanced are dedicated to discovering and nurturing incredible talent and the successful candidate will share this passion.
Role Specifics:
* Digital sales strategy: Define and implement the overall digital sales strategy, including setting goals, targets, and performance benchmarks.
* Partnership management: Identify, build, and maintain strategic relationships with partners to drive revenue and expand market presence.
* DSP Pitches: writing and submitting DSP pitches for all releases across all platforms including but not limited to: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, YouTube Music, Beatport, Soundcloud & more.
* Direct DSP Pitching: Pitch priority releases and activations directly to DSP editors, with whom you should already have a relationship.
* Distribution Partner Pitches: Pitch priority releases to our Distribution partner, ensuring their teams have the information they need to assist with pitching.
* DJ Promo: pitch all releases to our DJ lists weekly via our internal systems and bring on 3rd party DJ Promo partners on suitable releases, ensuring maximum results are delivered for our artists from both.
* Radio Promo: pitch relevant releases to our international network of Radio stations to secure meaningful support and coverage. Where relevant, liaise with 3rd party Radio servicing companies to deliver successful global campaigns across our priority releases.
* 3rd Party DSP and Youtube Playlist Pitching: responsible for maintaining and growing our network and 3rd party curators to secure regular features for our releases.
* Label Playlists: lead on the curation, growth strategy and reporting for our network of label-owned DSP playlists, communicating performance metrics to the CEO & GM.
* Analytics and reporting: Use data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to stakeholders across various areas including: our monthly label report, our owned playlists, 3rd party playlists and more.
* Networking: responsible for expanding the label’s contact base across areas such as: DSP Editors, DJs, Radio, Direct Press, YouTube Channel.
Skills Required:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at a relevant record label.
* Deep-rooted passion for Dance & Electronic Music with excellent knowledge & awareness of Enhanced Music’s existing roster and the specific niches in which we operate.
* Already immersed in the Dance music industry with a strong, existing network of contacts at: DSPs, Radio Stations, Promo Agencies and more.
* Extremely proficient in analysing large amounts of data to draw objective conclusions that can inform the wider label strategy.
* Excellent networker with a strong drive to make new connections and bring new opportunities to the label.
* Experience using analytics platforms such as: Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Chartmetric, Songstats and more.
* Outstanding organisational and communication skills, both written and oral.
* Must be a team-player and be able to embed into our tight-knit company culture.
* Creative, with the ability to solve problems and find solutions.
* Incredible attention to detail & professionalism.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to be pro-active, stay organised, work autonomously and prioritise tasks independently.
