About Our Client

This organisation is a well-established player in the transport & distribution sector, based in Stafford looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join them on a Fixed Term Contract. Job Description

3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles and shortlisting candidates.
4. Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with hiring managers throughout the process.
5. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry standards.
6. Collaborate with the HR team to understand workforce planning needs.
7. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progression.
8. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
9. Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
10. Support initiatives to improve the overall recruitment experience for candidates and managers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the transport & distribution industry.
12. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
15. A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
16. The ability to work collaboratively within a larger HR team.
