Warehouse Operative - Night Shift
Location: Tamworth
Pay: £16.72 per hour (including shift pay)
Hours: Sunday - Thursday | 20:00 - 04:00
Additional: 1 Friday in every 4 worked
Overtime: £20.89 per hour after 40 hours (time & a quarter)

Job Role - Warehouse Operative (Distribution Industry)
As a Warehouse Operative in Tamworth, you will be working within the distribution industry, supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced chilled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing ambient, chilled, and frozen food products
- Voice-order picking
- Operating LLOP equipment
- Checking the quality and accuracy of customer orders
- Working efficiently within chilled warehouse environments (thermal uniform provided)
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and health & safety standards
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- LLOP experience beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work in a physically demanding distribution environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Comfortable working in chilled conditions
