Our client, a contemporary firm of patent and trademark attorneys is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant. The role will be on a permanent (staff) basis and is fully office based. ROLE This full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and contribute to the firm's success. You'll be an integral part of a professional team, gaining exposure to the intellectual property field. RESPONSIBILITIES General Administration: Undertake diverse administrative tasks including reception duties, managing incoming calls, scanning and filing documents, handling mail, and maintaining general office upkeep. Client and Document Handling: Greet visitors, prepare client correspondence, and process official documents from patent and trademark offices. Professional Support: Provide a range of administrative and secretarial support, collaborating with various team members, and assisting the Office Manager as needed. REQUIREMENTS A solid educational background. Prior experience in an Office setting. Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software. A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner. Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail. The ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
