We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join the team and support senior leadership. This role is pivotal in maintaining communication across the organisation, enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities as an Executive Assistant
* Coordinate and facilitate internal meetings, document action items, and distribute minutes.
* Organise follow-up meetings to review progress and address challenges.
* Assist with internal presentations, travel arrangements, and meeting bookings.
* Support initiatives to improve company culture, including events and team incentives.
* Manage Directors email inboxes and ensure deadlines are met.
* Prepare and chase weekly update reports from department heads.
* Provide administrative support to HR as needed.
