Creating innovative menus for customers worldwide. A high-profile role with a leading global food business.
Here you'll be using your knowledge of regional Chinese cuisine to develop exciting new concepts for global, premium food customers.
You'll be hands-on in the development kitchen with your junior chef creating innovative new recipes. You'll be working to customer's briefs, ensuring new dishes meet their requirements and the capabilities of the production kitchen. A key requirement for the role is to be a fluent Cantonese or Mandarin speaker.
You'll have culinary experience across the food & hospitality industry, including in a manufacturing environment.
The role is mainly based on site in West London with some international travel, usually working Mon-Fri days.
