We're working with a number of well-regarded secondary schools across Farnborough and the surrounding areas, who are looking for confident, reliable individuals to step into Cover Supervisor roles.
No experience in schools? That's absolutely fine.
If you can communicate clearly, stay composed, and take charge of a group, we'll support you with everything else - including training, guidance, and the chance to gain school experience before you begin.
You’ll be stepping into classrooms to ensure learning continues when teachers are absent.
Responsibilities
* Delivering structured lessons using pre-set materials
* Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task
* Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent way
* Following school systems and expectations
* Feeding back to teaching staff after lessons
