Social Content Executive - B2C - Business to Consumer - Manchester. £28-30K
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Content Executive to join our B2C marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Social and Social Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing the social presence of a range of consumer brands. This is a hands-on role where you’ll produce innovative, engaging content and ensure campaigns are executed with professionalism, efficiency, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage organic social presence and campaigns across multiple channels.
* Generate creative ideas, conceptualise content, and collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring campaigns to life.
* Create content independently when required.
* Monitor and report on the performance of organic campaigns.
* Support the wider team with additional duties as needed.
* Work towards agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* At least 1-2 years’ experience in social media or creative marketing.
* Experience within the Financial Services industry.
* Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
* Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with content creation and copywriting.
* Awareness of other platforms: YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, Trustpilot, etc.
* Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
* Understanding of FCA and other regulatory requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised, able to manage deadlines and prioritise workloads.
* Resilient, with the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a professional, positive attitude.
