Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
Salary - £35,000 to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Shifts - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Were currently assisting with a respected law firm to recruit an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX (Conveyancing Accredited) with at least 3 years PQE in commercial and residential property.
Youll handle a broad and interesting caseload across acquisitions, leases, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters, with the support of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities
* Managing a full range of commercial and residential property transactions
* Advising on leases, landlord & tenant disputes, and due diligence
* Drafting property-related documents and ensuring legal compliance
* Building strong client relationships and maintaining a proactive service approach
Experience
* Must have 3 years PQE in commercial and residential property law
* Solid experience across leases, sales/purchases, and L&T disputes
* Familiar with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal
* Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
