Job Title: Business Development Lead Decarbonisation & EV Solutions
Location: Hybrid (within 1 hour of Oxford flexible with on-site presence when required)
Salary: £45,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance + up to 30% performance-based bonus

What Youll Be Doing:
* Driving sales and identifying new business opportunities within EV and decarbonisation
* Building strategic relationships with businesses, local authorities, and industry partners
* Supporting the rollout of cutting-edge solutions that help reduce carbon emissions
* Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets while championing sustainability and innovation
What Were Looking For:
* A strong B2B sales background, ideally within sustainability, infrastructure, or EV-related industries
* Someone confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* A natural relationship-builder with a consultative sales style
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
* Above all, a genuine passion for creating positive environmental change
