We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, responsible for the effective management and growth of our in-force portfolio through a strategic collaboration. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee client retention, engagement, and satisfaction across Individual, SME, and Corporate segments. You’ll ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service and relationship management while driving in-force growth initiatives. Additionally, you’ll support the Senior Client Director and collaborate closely with the broader distribution and operations teams to achieve our strategic objectives. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. What you’ll be doing: Manage the performance of the in-force book across all segments, ensuring high levels of renewal, persistency, and customer satisfaction. Identify and implement opportunities for portfolio growth through upselling, cross-selling, or client expansion strategies. Serve as a key point of contact for the external account management and client service teams, maintaining strong working relationships. Support the planning and execution of retention activities while ensuring the delivery of account-level objectives. Assist with client communications and the resolution of complex servicing issues or escalations. Provide consistent support for high-value clients or large corporate accounts in collaboration with operations and service delivery teams. Ensure high levels of process accuracy, client onboarding quality, and service consistency in partnership with internal teams. What you’ll bring: Experience in account management, client servicing, or partner support in Global insurance, health, or employee benefits. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across different territories and market conditions. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Commercial acumen with an understanding of portfolio performance metrics and drivers of retention. Experience working with international partners or clients in emerging markets. Familiarity with health insurance, IPMI, or corporate benefits. Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools; able to analyse and act on portfolio data. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
