Job Title: Sales Advisor (Financial Services)
We are collaborating with a leading savings and investment specialist to recruit a skilled and experienced Sales Advisor with financial services knowledge to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote the growth of the Society through a membership-led contact strategy, utilizing multiple marketing channels and stakeholder engagement.
2. Provide pensions information and solutions for members approaching retirement.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Police Federation, Superintendents' Association, NPCC, NARPO, XPS Administration, Equiniti, Trades Unions, and other Staff Associations within UK police forces.
4. Generate leads for presentations and events to build regional presence and champion the client's products.
5. Offer practical guidance on the technical and legislative aspects of Police and Police Staff pensions through in-person and virtual meetings.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan and execute promotional activities to generate new business leads.
7. Research and identify new business opportunities.
8. Manage your diary and travel commitments efficiently, taking responsibility for the wider Field Team calendar.
9. Maintain the CRM system and ensure call trackers are updated with inbound and outbound calls.
10. Support additional tasks within your area of competence as needed.
Essential and Desirable Criteria:
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently
* Passionate and enthusiastic
* Degree or equivalent education
* Financial services qualification
* Knowledge of police pensions
* Proven track record in a regulated financial services environment
* Experienced trainer and presenter
* Ex-police officers with financial services knowledge are encouraged to apply
