Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our growing team on a part-time, self-employed basis. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our short-term rental properties are cleaned to the highest standards and ready to welcome guests.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to manage their own schedule, and take pride in delivering top-quality service every time. You must be confident working independently and able to travel between multiple properties across Cardiff using your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and prepare Airbnb properties to a high standard between guest stays
* Follow detailed cleaning checklists and ensure all areas are guest-ready
* Change and bag used linen, transporting it to a designated drop-off point
* Restock supplies and report any maintenance or inventory issues
* Communicate effectively with the management team regarding schedule or issues
* Maintain a consistent and punctual schedule
What We're Looking For:

* Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
* Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
* Strong attention to detail
* Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb or hospitality preferred but not essential)
