Parking onsiteTechnical Service Advisor - What's involved?
Technical Service Advisor
Answer phone and email queries from customers regarding technical & installation issues on all our products.
Ask questions about the plumbing and installation to identify if it is our product or an install failure.
Advice about products/how they work and problem solving.
Sending warranty replacement items and reporting faults to the supplier/factory.
Identifying spare parts required rather than send a whole new item (when customer has a problem).
Send goods out to customers via Sage 200 computer system.
(this role is as much Customer Service as it is Technical advice).
Requirements:
Knowledge of plumbing and products is desirable.
Excellent customer service.
Able to reply to emails and phone calls in a quick turnaround.
Keep clam when customers are upset and able to defuse the situation.
