What does a Senior Post Producer do for the Dyson Film Team? As part of Hogarth's on-site team at Dyson, this is your chance to challenge convention and see opportunities where others see problems. Housed within Dyson's Malmesbury creative hub, you'll be working with our dedicated team who are focused on bringing to life Dyson's innovative approaches to technology and engineering. The Post-Producer will have experience in post-production delivery and be a specialist with extensive experience in Offline and Online Editing, CGI, Grade, Motion Graphics, Quality Control and Sound Production. You will work closely with Dyson Film Makers, Dyson Film Producers and External Suppliers to manage the editing and post-production processes that extend beyond the master origination film assets. The Post-Producer will manage subsequent edits, cutdowns and variants in conjunction with External Suppliers and on/off-site Hogarth Film Editors. You'll use your initiative, along with your great organisational skills, to lead and find solutions to problems that ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. Role responsibilities: Support film team with managing all post processes on master campaign deliverables such as variants and cutdowns by producing timelines and budgets and obtaining any internal approvals. Assist film producers with ingest, QC, supply to other channels and uploads. Manage subsequent re-edits, alterations, versions, cutdowns, colour amends etc. as requested by Group, CoEs and Markets. Work closely with Resourcing, the Lead Film Producer, Head of Content Production and Stories Film Producer to define suitable production solutions for projects. Work closely with External Suppliers to brief and manage the relevant post process. On-site lead and escalation point Role responsibilities continued: Production solution expert between Client, Relationship Manager, Studio Lead and Broadcast Team Respond to information requests from the client and line manager Will at times work directly with creatives to manage feedback and obtain approvals Strive for better client and stakeholder relations Work collaboratively with other members of the on-site studio, the client and the wider Hogarth team Handle all aspects of client campaigns, from budgets and planning right through to delivery Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations, proactively chase and interrogate delays Demonstrate a clear understanding of the brand Manage a multiple number of jobs and projects at any one time, all at different stages and with different requirements Manage work using relevant HWW technologies and adhere to agreed processes, ensuring that best practice is applied at all times Liaise with all stakeholders ensuring they are kept up to date at all times and ensure relevant information is cascaded to the team Be proactive in resolving any issues that arise, escalating as appropriate for support if needed Book and schedule work to the production teams Ensure timelines are met and work produced is of the highest standard. Host and attend meetings in relation to account relationships, team collaboration, workflow, workload management and issue resolution Champion, promote and lead by example in view of key Hogarth policies, procedures and values Requirements: Industry experience at a senior level Excellent post production knowledge for commercial and social film production Excellent knowledge of post-production workflows, tech and relevant platforms Experience in working across multiple campaigns in parallel Experience across simple small missions to large complex CGI heavy projects with multiple cross platform deliverables.
