We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our Customer Relations Division. This front-line role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming communications, greeting guests, and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

TEAM FUNCTION:
Provide apositive, seamless, and efficient experiencefor customers across various points of contact. Work collaboratively with a supportive team to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and represent the companys brand and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. First Point of Contact:Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and directing them appropriately
2. Administrative Support:Assisting with tasks like scheduling appointments, managing mail, maintenance of records, snacks/drinks order replenishment
