Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Surveyor at our South Benfleet location. The Building Surveyor will conduct day-to-day tasks that include conducting feasibility studies, performing condition surveys, managing contracts, and defects analysis. Additional responsibilities involve providing technical advice, analyzing building defects, overseeing project monitoring, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires precision, diligence, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Building Surveying and Condition Surveys
* Experience with Feasibility Studies and Contract Management
* Proficiency in managing complex and challenging projects
* Exceptional technical and analytical skills
* Strong organisational and project management abilities
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Membership with or eligibility for RICS membership is preferred
* A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field
