Their platform replaces outdated assessments with AI-driven, immersive simulations — including live case interviews, technical challenges, and real-time role play. The goal is to evaluate candidates on what actually matters: problem-solving, analytical thinking, and real-world performance.
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building and scaling a highly interactive, AI-powered platform. You’ll be part of the founding team working across the stack and contributing to key decisions around architecture, product, and technical direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and building full-stack features across React, TypeScript, and Python
* Developing scalable backend systems and APIs
* Working with AWS cloud infrastructure (or similar)
* Contributing to AI/LLM-driven workflows and product features
* Collaborating closely with founders on product and technical strategy
* Owning key parts of the system architecture and engineering roadmap
What We’re Looking For
* Strong full-stack development experience across modern web technologies
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality products end-to-end
* Experience in startups 0-1
* Comfortable owning systems and making architectural decisions
* Tech lead experience is a plus
