Salary: Up to 38,000 + salary increases + 10k on call OT bonus

Key Skills required
* A technical background in the electrical industry.
* Good all-round knowledge of Fire & Security Systems.
* Experience of front-line customer contact preferred.
* An ability to deliver exceptional customer service
What the role Involves:
* Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area
* Respond to service calls on all types of Fire & Security systems
* Plan & respond to routine & reactive call visits in your area
* Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits
* Maintain your stock levels with support from the Stores team
* Working on systems such as
Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec.
Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco
CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems
Access Control: Paxton, PAC. Salto
